Po (pre)dolgem odmoru, zadnja tekma je bila na sporedu pred slabimi šestimi meseci, se liga NFL ponovna vrača v prvi plan. Tako bo vsaj s povprečnimi navijači, tisti najbolj zagriženi tako ali tako niso/mo imeli dopusta. Do prve tekme je še nekaj več kot teden dni, igralci pa so se že začeli potiti na najtežjih pripravah pred sezono, t.i. training campih.
